The new HTC dual-mode GSM / CDMA cell phone is likely still a prototype, the colors are nice. It probably isn’t a final color version. The Droid Incredible was a bright reddish-orange as well as glossy when we first saw it, but it ended up having a matte soft-touch black back and glossy front. I’d prefer the physical keyboard. Real qwerty is useful when you need to type something very accurately like a password in a rush. The new HTC dual-mode Android phone also features, 1.2GHz processor, QWERTY keyboard, Froyo, 4-inch display, CDMA 2000 and GSM 850, WiFi, Bluetooth and 5 Megapixels camera with flash. GSM needs more Android options in the states. It will be available from Verizon Wireless or AT&T.

The Windows Phone 7 OS is very cool, give the HTC HD7 cell phone the bigger screen and media power, 4.3-inch is perfect. So far as I know, the 800×480 resolution spec’s (and all the other WP7 spec’s listed so far) are the MINIMUM spec’s. If the hardware suppliers want to best them, there’s no reason you couldn’t see a FWVGA version in the future…I still think WP7 is a big improvement over 6.5 though, that’s what I’m waiting for. The HD7 will be available in stores beginning on October 18, 2010.

The HTC T8788 Windows Phone 7 device is a 2 way slider – one way is for QWERTY Keyboard and now you are looking an the other way – the speaker. I think the slide-out speaker is a pretty cool idea but I’m not sure it’s going to entice someone into buying a phone. This has to be the best looking WP7 phone to date…AT&T has an awesome gamut of high-end phones!
