The users guide does reference to it as being a secondary camera. There are mentions of video calling throughout the manual. New T-Mobile Phones – Nokia 3710a features include a 3.2 megapixel camera,  a QVGA internal display, GPS, Bluetooth, T-Mobile 3G and running S40.
