I had just recently bought the LG UX830 phone. I loved it, until after only having it for 2 weeks it crashed and I lost everything, contacts, pictures, ringtones, and stuff I had purchased from EasyEdge. Very Upset! Still waiting to either get it back fixed or a new one.

The phone is ‘in the shop’ more than it is with me. Very frustrating because every time it crashes, everything is lost. It was gone six weeks, then they decided it couldn’t be repaired so they supposedly sent a new phone and in less than 24 hours, it crashed again. Very disappointing and annoying! I have had LG phones previously that were great, but I’m heading to Motorola.

I got UX830 4 days after it came out and I still have it and the LG UX830 is the best phone I have ever had and i get a hole lot of compliments on it. GO LG!!!!
